Refunds • Damaged Goods

As this is a time-limited campaign and every contribution directly funds the incorporation and operations of INVERSUS™, payments are non-refundable except in cases of verified damage or production defects.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence. For verified cases, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
OUR GUARANTEE:
Print production and fulfillment are handled by our partner Gelato, but responsibility for your order remains with INVERSUS™.

Cipriano Oquiniame is the author of "Bob Marley re/Imagined" (circa 2024). INVERSUS™ holds the exclusive reproduction, distribution, and commercial rights of the artwork and its editions. Purchasing an artwork or edition supports the mission but does not transfer copyright or authorship.
PHYSICAL EDITIONS (ORIGINAL + PRINT):
You own the acquired original artwork or print. You are free to display, gift, or resell the physical object. However, you do not own the rights to reproduce or commercially exploit the work in any form.
DIGITAL EDITION:
Licensed for personal display and private printing only. This asset may not be resold, redistributed, modified for commercial purposes, or used in promotional materials without prior written consent.
